Job summary
RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Sales Support/Account Executive to identify and qualify new business opportunities while handling customer inquiries and coordinating with internal teams. You will engage customers daily by phone and email to clarify technical requirements, quotes, and order details, acting as the primary contact for queries from customers, contractors, and agents.
You will support the Sales Manager with monthly reporting, conduct contract reviews before orders, process sales
Qualifications
- Cold calling and follow-ups to identify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries to evaluate application requirements.
- Provide technical clarifications and follow up on quotations.
- Act as main contact for technical and commercial queries.
- Support Sales Manager with monthly reporting.
- Conduct contract reviews before order entry to ensure specifications match the offer.
- Process sales orders; coordinate with Order Administration on procurement and shipping.
- Provide delivery status updates and tracking to customers.
- Monitor payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
Responsibilities
