You will develop knowledge of the company’s product range and provide accurate information to customers, while coordinating with internal teams on order confirmations, delivery arrangements and logistics. This role also involves maintaining customer relationships and ensuring orders are processed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries received through email, phone and other communication channels.
• Prepare quotations and provide customers with relevant delivery lead-time information.
• Develop a good understanding of the company’s product range and provide accurate product information to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders on order confirmations, delivery arrangements and logistics requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Apply appropriate pricing and cost mark-ups according to customer categories and established guidelines.
• Ensure customer orders and requirements are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide administrative and operational support to relevant business divisions when required.
• Verify customer purchase orders against approved quotations before submitting them to the Order Processing team.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
