🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage Electrical, Mechanical, or M&E construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project execution ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, technical specifications, and submittals.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
• Manage project handover, documentation, and final account settlements.

🎓 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or M&E construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and authority submissions.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
