What You’ll Do

• Guide parents through personalised education consultations, helping them identify the best learning path for their child.
• Follow up with new leads, arrange trial lessons, and support families through enrolment.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.
• Represent Seashell at open houses, community events, and education fairs.
• Track your outreach and enrolment performance with our CRM system and achieve monthly goals.

Who You Are

• Singapore Citizen or PR
• Diploma or Degree in any field (Education, Psychology, Communications preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, education consulting, or customer engagement
• Empathetic, professional communicator who enjoys helping others
• Fluent in English; Mandarin ability preferred (to liaise with parents)
• Able to work on weekends (weekday off-in-lieu)
