• At least 3 years experience in customer service for enrichment centres.
• Able to work with spreadsheets.
• Able to communicate positively with parents, tutors, and students.
• Good understanding of the Singapore education system.
• Strong work ethics.

Responsabilités

• Provide education advice to parents and students.
• Assist with enrolment for tuition classes.
• Manage daily operations of the tuition centre.
• Communicate effectively with tutors and students.
• Handle all parent communications.
• Collect payments and issue receipts.
