Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in customer service for enrichment centres
• Able to work well with spreadsheets
• Able to communicate positively and effectively
• Good understanding of the Singapore education system
• Infallible work ethics

Responsibilities

• Provide earnest education advice to parents and students for them to make the best education decisions for themselves.
• Assist customers in enrolment of tuition classes and enrichment programs
• Take charge of daily operations of the centre, including keeping the place clean and tidy
• Communicate with tutors and students effectively and positively to coordinate new classes or schedule changes
• Handle all communications with parents by taking over the centre’s mobile phone
• Follow up closely with parents in their enquiries
• Collect payment and issue receipts for payments
