Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a Centre Manager for our Premium After School Care Centre in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, manage staffing, ensure programme delivery and safety.

You will recruit, train, mentor staff, organise parent engagement, handle enrolment and records, and ensure alignment with MOE syllabus for Primary 1-6 core subjects. Strong leadership and communication are essential; you may teach when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Experience in education, student care, childcare, youth work or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Able to conduct classes in the absence of teachers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations, staffing schedules, and programme delivery.
• Ensure smooth execution of curriculum-based programmes and routines.
• Recruit, train, supervise, mentor, and evaluate centre staff.
• Organise parent engagement activities, meetings and events.
• Manage enrolment, attendance, records and fees.
• Familiar with MOE syllabus up to date.
• Teach and support Primary 1-6 students in core subjects.
