The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Centre Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our flagship centre in Farrer Park, Singapore. You will supervise staff, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure a positive learning environment for students and parents.

You will drive operational efficiency, implement MOE-aligned procedures, monitor attendance and activities, and support staff development while maintaining a safe and organised centre.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in centre management, student care, education or a related field.
• Experience to manage daily operations independently and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Familiarity with English Language, Mathematics and/or Science subjects based on the MOE syllabus is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations and administration of the centre
• Manage and coordinate centre staff and daily work arrangements
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, parents and external stakeholders
• Ensure smooth implementation of centre procedures and operational standards
• Monitor student attendance, centre activities and administrative matters
• Handle parent enquiries and feedback professionally
• Support staff development, performance and team coordination
• Ensure the centre maintains a safe, organised and conducive environment
• Assist with operational planning and other duties assigned by management
