Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential, with passion for diverse learning needs and an inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in eligible fields as listed (Special Needs/ECI/ED).
• Preference for AEPS assessment training or hands-on AEPS experience.
• IeP development experience is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) for children with delays.
• Conduct individual and group-based early intervention sessions.
• Utilise AEPS to assess progress and identify learning needs.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate assessment records.
• Collaborate with parents and allied professionals to support development.
• Prepare lesson plans, progress reports and learning materials.
• Maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.
