TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist to plan and implement IEPs for children with developmental delays. You will conduct individual and group sessions, assess progress using AEPS, and maintain records.

Collaborate with parents and other professionals to support children's development; prepare lesson plans and materials; ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment. Diploma in ECI or related field required.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Intervention or equivalent.
Experience developing and implementing IEPs is preferred.
Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) for children with developmental delays and special educational needs.
Conduct individual and group-based early intervention sessions.
Utilise the AEPS assessment system to assess developmental progress and identify learning needs.
Monitor progress and maintain accurate assessment records.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers and allied health professionals to support children's development.
Prepare lesson plans, progress reports and learning materials.
Maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.
