Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Psychology
    OR

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Early Childhood Education

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualised and small-group intervention programmes for young children

  • Support skill development across communication, social, behavioural, and adaptive domains

  • Assist in preparing materials, visual supports, and structured activities

  • Collect basic data and support progress tracking under supervision

  • Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and parents to support child outcomes

  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

Requirements
  • Genuine interest in working with children with developmental needs

  • Patient, responsible, and able to work well in a team

  • Willingness to learn and apply evidence-based practices (training provided)
