  • E-Commerce Management
    • Handle day-to-day operations on key online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok, etc.).
    • Ensure product information, inventory levels, and content remain accurate and updated.
    • Maintain brand website links to direct shoppers seamlessly to authorised online and offline retailers.
  • Campaign Execution
    • Plan and roll out regional promotional activities, including mega sales events and new product launches.
    • Partner with country teams to localise campaigns while staying aligned with regional strategies.
    • Collaborate with marketing to create effective digital assets that boost visibility and engagement.
  • Data & Insights
    • Track and evaluate performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
    • Build dashboards and reports that highlight insights and recommend improvements.
    • Analyse competitors and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
    • Suggest initiatives to increase efficiency and campaign returns.
  • Collaboration & Alignment
    • Work alongside regional and in-country stakeholders to strengthen online brand presence.
    • Lead regular performance reviews and resolve operational challenges with teams.
    • Ensure online strategies support the overall business objectives of the region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing, ideally within consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail.
  • Practical experience running campaigns on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok, or Amazon.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of key digital metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Regional experience and the ability to collaborate across diverse markets.
