Managing e-commerce platforms such as creation of product listings, content, pricing, stock, and promotions on all platforms (Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok/Company Website).

Responsibilities
  • Manage e-commerce platforms across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Company Website, including product listings, content, pricing, stock, and promotions.
  • Create engaging content (posts, videos, reels, captions) for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Monitor page engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for product launches and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO and social media; monitor paid ads (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Analyze campaign and store performance reports; suggest improvements.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars, write captions, schedule posts, prepare basic campaign material and pricing, and coordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure timely rollout.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing e-commerce stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing campaigns is an advantage.
  • Basic video editing skills using CapCut (or similar tools) to produce short-form content for social media.
  • Strong multitasking, planning, and coordination skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work independently or in teams.
