Job summary

Job Description
  • Manage the company’s product portfolio on marketplaces where applicable including product upload, product updates, delisting, returns, defects management, replenishments and content updates.
  • Plan, organize and execute monthly promotional activities. Liaise with e-marketplaces’ Account Managers for maximizing exposure and support.
  • Administrative duties including handling all customer-related engagement in relation to delivery or product issues, special orders, online sales invoices and complaints etc. Ad hoc admin duties whenever needed.
  • Able to set up new shops on e-commerce platform.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely shipments and inventory management, and review fulfillment/delivery options at all times.
  • Provide analysis & performance reports including daily, weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs and recommending changes to improve performance to achieve profit & loss results.
Requirements
  • Diploma with at least 1 year work experience in handling E-commerce platform, such as Lazada, Shopee.
  • Good team player who can work independently, self-driven and result oriented.
Working hours
  • Monday - Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)
  • Saturday (8.30 am to 3.00 pm)
