Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Sales coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of QuickBook is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers.
• Support the sales team on Sales & Marketing activities.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
• Responsible for order processing and generating all relevant documents.
• Plan and monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarder on shipments.
• Manage and handle LC documents for submission.
• Adhoc Admin functions as assigned.
