Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled drafters with knowledge in AutoCAD to handle engineering drafting and drawing for new and retrofit projects. The role involves preparing detailed drawings and documentation, monitoring engineering activities, and ensuring timely completion. Skills

Experience in Maritime and industrial electronic range of products

Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for engineering drafting and drawing for all the new built projects and retrofit orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft outline & detailed drawing(s) to the appropriate scale as required by the relevant authorities or customer’s requirement.
• Draft preliminary drawing according to sales quotation requirement.
• Draft single line, termination, arrangement drawing according to scope of supply (JOP).
• Prepare the documentation required for submission of vendor documentation to customer and class society for reviews.
• Constantly monitor progress of engineering activities to ensure timely completion of engineering documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc by section manager and supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Maritime and industrial electronic range of products preferred.
• Electrical or Electronic knowledge an added advantage.
• ISO 9001 knowledge an added advantage.
• ISO 18001 knowledge an added advantage.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD software (2D/3D).
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and PDF.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum NTC 2 /3, ITE qualification with knowledge in AutoCAD software.

Working hours:

Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm
