Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage multiple dormitory facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and overseeing security operations. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing staff, and liaising with government agencies. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of related experience. This role offers a salary of $4k - $5k (excluding transport allowance) based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year experience, preferably in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of 3 FCDs comprising 730 dormitory residents and 60 workers.
• Room capacity optimization and planning allocation.
• Manage in-house and outsourced security officers.
• Conduct weekly dormitory inspections and spot checks.
• Administer monthly incentives and penalties.
• Ensure dormitory housekeeping and standards are met.
• Liaise with MOM and government agencies on dormitory matters.
• Maintain proper in-boarding and out-processing records.
• Ensure security officers record facilities entries and exits.
• Attend to emergencies within dormitories.
• Arrange bus transfers between different locations.
• Initiate investigation reports for incidents.
• Compile and submit weekly reports to management.
