The ideal candidate will have a minimum tertiary education, corporate secretarial knowledge, and at least 2 years of experience in document control. Shortlisted candidate will get the opportunity to work as a Document Controller & Corporate Secretarial Coordinator by supporting the business through coordination of activities such as logistics, resourcing, training, progress updates, communication, feedback and documentation and, ensuring service levels are adhered to. Liaises with external providers or clients regarding organisational requirements.
