Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Halal Team Member.
  • Implement and maintain document control procedures and systems.
  • Establish naming conventions, version control, and filing systems for easy document retrieval.
  • Distribute documents to relevant personnel or departments in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that employees have access to the latest and correct versions of documents.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies or issues in documentation.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date record of all documents.
  • Archive obsolete documents and ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments regarding document-related matters.
  • Respond to inquiries related to document control processes.
  • Participate in internal and external audits related to document control.
  • Perform daily and routine inspections.
  • Conduct incoming packaging material inspection.
  • Pack and manage retention samples.
