Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
• Physically fit; able to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads (up to 20kg).
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all items are stored in their proper places after cleaning.
• Maintain dishwashing area, sinks and floor clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other kitchen equipment
• Ensure all items are stored in their proper places after cleaning
• Maintain dishwashing area, sinks and floor clean and organized
• Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage appropriately
• Report any faulty or damaged equipment to the supervisor promptly
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards in a Halal kitchen environment
• Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
• Physically fit; able to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads (up to 20kg).
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast‑paced team environment
• Able to work on weekend/public holiday
• Able to work 6 days a week from 0900hrs to 1800hrs, including weekends and public holidays
