Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Manager, Business Development - Strategy & Performance in Singapore.

The role supports growth by servicing key client accounts, identifying opportunities, and delivering data-driven insights to inform account and market strategies. You will partner with the Singapore Country Manager and cross-functional teams to analyze performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven approach.
Proven track record in business development and client management.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute account plans and strategies for key clients.
Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and generate incremental business.
Structure pitches and proposals based on client data and insights.
Assist onboarding of new clients and activation of products/services.
Coordinate execution plans to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate needs into commercially relevant solutions.
Deliver high-quality client servicing and drive satisfaction.
