Job summary

Mastercard Services seeks a Director, Specialist Sales – Advanced Analytics, Retail & Commerce, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, to drive growth across Retail, Travel, Hospitality and QSR brands.

You will originate and close strategic enterprise opportunities, develop executive relationships, and lead multi-country deals with complex cycles, leveraging analytics, experimentation, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise sales or related experience.
• Experience selling analytics/SaaS to large enterprises in APAC.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to accelerate adoption of Advanced Analytics solutions across Asia Pacific Retail & Commerce clients.
• Drive new business through sale of Test & Learn and broader analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities across priority markets.
• Lead complex enterprise sales processes from qualification through contracting and expansion.
• Establish and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders across business, marketing, loyalty, analytics, digital, customer experience, strategy, and innovation.
