Overview

We are consolidating two technical delivery teams into a unified Projects organization to enhance operational efficiency in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Country Manager, the Director – Projects will lead this department, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of engineering work-packages and projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to fostering customer-focused teams in alignment with Kongsberg values.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project and technical delivery resources to meet regional and global contract and portfolio requirements.
  • Drive competitiveness through cost-effective resource planning and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the Projects team, focusing on people development and change management.
  • Ensure departmental capabilities align with KM strategy and demand for specialized technical disciplines.
  • Enhance processes in collaboration with HQ and regional offices to improve efficiency.
  • Manage departmental budget and report KPIs to stakeholders and HQ monthly.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong network and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated success in project management and customer-focused delivery.
