Qualificações

• 15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in organisation design and workforce transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of organisation design, workforce planning, and operating model development.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence across functions.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide organisation design and operating model transformation initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess current structures and develop future-state models.
• Drive workforce transformation programmes to improve effectiveness and productivity.
• Support restructuring, business integration, and cross-market change initiatives.
• Develop workforce planning and analytics frameworks to inform strategic decisions.
• Facilitate executive discussions and provide governance recommendations on design and deployment.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Establish change adoption strategies and monitor transformation outcomes.
