Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Business Support & Strategic Projects Director to drive global HR process optimization and lead major transformation initiatives. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable process improvements across regions and functions, aligning with global standards and outsourcing plans.

The ideal candidate will manage complex projects, engage with senior HR stakeholders, and collaborate with CoEs to ensure successful global transitions and implementations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work cross functionally.
• Solid Project/Program Management experience leading large-scale HR projects.
• Good general business and operational management experience.
• Solid record of delivering results and improvements across HR processes.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise-level HR systems (HR/Payroll).
• Prince II / ITIL certification or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to drive HR process improvements and standardisation.
• Lead HR transformation projects, including large-scale implementations and system rollouts.
• Define project scope, objectives, and requirements; ensure timely delivery and quality.
