Job summary

You will act as an internal consultant and project manager, reviewing current processes, designing practical solutions, and driving full rollout with data-driven decision making and change management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in process improvement, business transformation, or internal consulting.
• Proven ability to run initiatives independently with limited oversight.
• Experience leading digital transformation and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and digitalization projects from planning through execution across the group.
• Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas needing improvement.
• Design practical solutions and see them through to full implementation, not just advisory recommendations.
• Use operational data to build the case for proposed changes and track whether initiatives deliver results.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across business units, bridging technical and business needs while driving change management; communicating updates, training staff, and supporting teams through the transition to new processes or systems.
