Advance Intelligence Group is seeking a strategic Head of Organisational Culture and Executive Development to shape and strengthen our culture and elevate management and leadership capability across the business.

This highly visible role will define culture, embed behaviours, design leadership development frameworks, and coach executives to drive meaningful change that aligns with our values and business ambitions.

Qualifikationen

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in organisational development or related areas.
• Proven track record in culture-shaping initiatives with behavioural impact.
• Expertise in management and leadership capability development.
• Experience working with executives and senior stakeholders in advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of how culture and leadership affect business performance.
• Ability to diagnose issues, conceptualise solutions, and translate strategy into programs.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• High credibility and strong judgement with constructive challenge.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and implementation of the organisation’s culture strategy in alignment with business priorities.
• Define and embed desired cultural behaviours across the organisation through initiatives and people practices.
• Assess culture strengths and gaps using insights, data, and stakeholder feedback.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate cultural aspirations into measurable actions.
• Drive culture change and embed culture in decision-making and leadership behaviours.
• Develop frameworks to strengthen accountability, collaboration, performance culture, and leadership behaviours.
• Design and lead executive development and management capability programs.
• Coach and advise executives on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and communication.
• Establish development pathways for managers with focus on people leadership and culture stewardship.
• Identify leadership capability gaps and design targeted development solutions.
• Support succession and leadership readiness initiatives.
• Partner with People Partners, Talent, and L&D to integrate culture priorities into broader people strategies.
• Measure impact of interventions and refine approaches based on outcomes.
