Job description

Duetto is seeking a collaborative self-starter to join our industry-leading technology team, helping hotel customers maximize profitability.

As Director of Hospitality Solutions, you will support your regional sales team in a consultative manner to pursue new business, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities. Your role involves providing subject matter expertise, delivering compelling demos, assessing technical feasibility, removing objections during the sales cycle, and building strong relationships both internally and externally. A customer-centric mentality, curiosity about hospitality industry challenges, and the ability to explain solutions simply are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations highlighting our platform ecosystem.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers through product expertise, industry knowledge, workflow outlines, RFP responses, and product roadmap discussions.
  • Partner with sales to achieve bookings by navigating complex deal cycles with C-level stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Sales, and Engineering, sharing customer feedback to influence the product roadmap; build relationships across teams to enhance technical and business expertise.
  • Participate in weekly calls with the product team, develop sales training materials, gather competitive intelligence, and craft product messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends through ongoing training to support marketing and sales enablement.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand complex customer business problems and map needs to Duetto's solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of the hospitality technology landscape.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Enterprise SaaS and value-based sales experience is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of revenue management experience and familiarity with hospitality technology ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working with Revenue Management systems.
  • Practical experience with Duetto's application is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
