Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced IT Solutions professional in Singapore to empower the Agency Force with innovative sales tools and integrated systems. You will drive enhancements for iPoS-like tools, iSMART and other agency platforms, ensuring seamless adoption across teams.

You will lead IT projects, train users, troubleshoot issues, and manage vendor and budget processes to support business growth in the Singapore market.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business / Computer Science / Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver IT solutions that empower the Agency Force and improve sales tools.
• Enhance iSMART+, iRecruit, and CDA systems; implement EODB self-help features.
• Conduct training sessions and troubleshoot system issues for users.
• Lead project planning with stakeholders and align requirements.
• Coordinate front-end sales support and provide Level 1 troubleshooting.
• Manage vendor relations, budgets and admin for agency IT.
• Coordinate internal communications for the Agency Force (email, LCD system).
