Job summary
AIA Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Development professional to empower the Agency Force in the Singapore market. You will drive innovative technology initiatives, enhance sales tools such as iPoS and iSMART, and collaborate with the Distribution Digital Enablement team to ensure seamless adoption and impact.
Responsibilities include delivering integrated IT solutions, managing vendor relationships, training, troubleshooting, and coordinating with stakeholders to align business
Qualifications
- Degree in Business / Computer Science / Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative IT solutions to empower the Agency Force.
- Transform ideas into functional Sales Tools applications.
- Continuously improve the usability of the interactive PoS (iPoS) app to increase electronic submissions.
- Support agency operations by enhancing iSMART+, iRecruit, CDA systems.
- Coordinate training sessions and gather feedback from the Agency Force and Agency Sales Team.
- Oversee project planning with stakeholders and ensure requirements are aligned.
- Coordinate Level 1 sales support for front-end applications used by Distribution Force.
- Manage agency system needs, vendor relationships, and budget administration.
