Job description

What the role is:

The Lifestyle Business Division is responsible for the planning, development and management of recreational and leisure businesses in parks, infusing a spectrum of commercial and lifestyle offerings into our City in Nature.

What you will be working on:

You will lead a small team and support the Senior Director/ Lifestyle Business in managing commercial facilities managed by NParks. You will oversee marketing, tender management, tenancy matters, and tenant business development programmes to enhance visitor experiences and generate revenue.

Working with various stakeholders, you will identify and source suitable commercial facilities for our gardens and parks. You are responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining good tenant relationships, and delivering high standards of service. Your leadership will drive team performance and support the division's objectives.

What we are looking for:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Property Leasing and/or Tenancy Management, preferably in the F&B, Hospitality and Leisure/Recreation industries
• Experience in managing a high performance team with strong leasing and properties management skills and business development capabilities
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and good stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple internal and external partners
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency
