As a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of experience in B2B business development, you will be responsible for leading global sales and strategic business development initiatives for a design-driven consulting startup located in Powai, Mumbai. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers within mid-to-large enterprises, managing high-value accounts, and conducting consultative sales engagements with CXO-level stakeholders. Collaboration with UI/UX and delivery teams is essential to position cutting-edge solutions effectively. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring the business development team and fostering high-performance growth practices.Your key responsibilities will include owning new client acquisition and driving strategic enterprise account growth, leading consultative sales for UX/IT and transformation engagements, representing the company at industry events, and mentoring and coaching BDMs while aligning with marketing and delivery teams. Utilizing CRM, analytics, and automation tools for insightful sales management and forecasting will be crucial, as well as positioning UI/UX and technology capabilities in a business-centric context.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B business development at the Director/Head BD level, with a track record of success in new client acquisition and strategic sales within the consulting sector. You should possess proven expertise in handling CXO/enterprise deals, building commercial relationships, and be proficient in CRM and digital selling/marketing tools with a strong background in analytics.
