Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, digital marketing and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results. In Asia Pacific (AP), VCA has two types of teams – (1) Geo team, focused on serving the accounts in their geography and (2) Practice Area teams, focused on providing and deepening expertise in functional topics such as risk, digital, corporate banking, AI, etc.

As a Director within the Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) CMS Practice, you will lead the growth and development of the Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) consulting practice across Asia Pacific. This regional role is pivotal in shaping the future of VCS by expanding our offerings, deepening our capabilities, and driving impactful engagements with clients. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and consulting delivery experience, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate a highly matrixed and cross-functional environment.

As a Director in the CMS Practice, you will contribute to a dynamic mix of regional initiatives and client-facing engagements across Asia Pacific. This role offers a balanced focus between developing scalable solutions and thought leadership at the regional level, and leading or supporting strategic consulting projects in the markets.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
