Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with process engineering or NPI.
• 5+ years in a people leadership role managing multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead PDE NPI team through all NPI phases ensuring on-schedule qualification to HVM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align NPI strategy and schedules.
• Establish and monitor NPI KPIs (e.g., MLY, Cpk, Phase Gate exits).
• Drive RCA/CAPA for NPI-related issues.
