Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Director of Central NPM & Inventory Control to lead global NPM execution, inventory governance, and planning transformation across the network.

You will partner with PDT, SCP, Manufacturing and Finance to ensure timely NPI delivery and optimal inventory usage. You will manage a distributed team, drive end-to-end NPI with OTD improvements, reduce aging and excess inventory, and push AI-enabled planning maturity across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering or business with a focus on operations.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor operations and NPI management.
• Proven track record leading global planning and inventory programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Central NPM Organization and establish governance.
• Drive end-to-end NPI execution and OTD improvements.
• Own inventory health, aging and WIP reduction initiatives.
• Lead planning transformation with automation and AI analytics.
• Collaborate with PDT, SCP, Manufacturing, Finance and BU groups.
