Micron Technology is seeking a Director to lead the PDE Advance Packaging NPI team in Singapore. You will direct strategic direction, manage cross-functional teams, and drive on-time qualification and transition to high-volume manufacturing for advanced packaging technologies.

The role requires 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with NPI, 5+ years of people leadership, and strong data analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a strong background in process engineering, NPI, or technology development.
• 5+ years in a people leadership role (Manager or Director).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python).

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and lead the PDE NPI team through all phases of New Product Introduction.
• Define and drive organizational readiness for NPI deployment, with quality control plans and FMEA in place.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and executive-level program updates with data-driven recommendations.
