Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with process engineering or NPI.
• 5+ years in a leadership role (Manager or Director).
• Proven track record delivering NPI milestones in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead PDE NPI team through all phases of New Product Introduction.
• Own accountability for NPI execution plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define readiness for NPI deployment with quality plans and phase gates.
