Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI or data-driven models for areas such as delivery route optimization, digital warehouse tracking system, and efficient routes in warehouse picking process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology vendors to design proof-of-concept (PoC) AI projects.
• Evaluate model performance and translate AI insights into practical recommendations for business units.
• Manage integration between WMS, TMS, YMS, and Finance systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Supervise database administration (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Work with IT and system vendors to enhance system stability, reporting, and automation features.
• Build dashboards and visualization reports (e.g. Power BI) to support management decisions.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, and standardization across departments.

• Conduct analysis of operational and cost data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
