Job description

We are looking for a Digital Training Expert (xfm) for the Training BPS this role you will be responsible for developing and delivering internal training courses / programs and for providing an efficient and effective support service to the local Learning and Development / Training team. You will oversee the administration of a dedicated training portfolio including event management participant communication material production and billing.

The team is looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

• Design and develop engaging learning resources and content collaborating with SMEs to ensure clarity and attractiveness
• Assist SMEs in identifying and co-creating relevant content managing the content life cycle and eliminating repetitions
• Advise and support learning initiatives with expertise in training settings and formats
• Review maintain and archive content across various formats
• Support the development and review of resources formats and channels
• Implement a template-based approach and train-the-trainer lessons
• Manage internal and external platforms like SharePoints and websites
• Engage with internal teams through networking and marketing activities
• Provide support during events and manage employee data
• Research new learning methods and trends and produce digital learning content
