We are seeking a strategic and tech‑savvy Digital Project Assistant Manager to drive key digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role spans a wide spectrum of responsibilities to enhancing digital platforms for trade partners and guests.

The successful candidate will be a strong project manager with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset and an eye for emerging technologies. You will lead cross‑functional digital projects—including booking system, Agent Portal improvements, and platform integrations—with the goal of improving customer experience and sales performance.

You will report to the Global Head of Digital Marketing & Transformation and work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, IT, CRM, and Reservations.

The scope of this role is dynamic and may evolve in response to business priorities. The Digital Project Assistant Manager should be comfortable working in an agile environment and adapting to new responsibilities as the company grows and innovates.

JOB SCOPE / DAY‑TO‑DAY
Digital Project Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute cross‑functional digital initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, timelines, and communication across stakeholders located globally.
  • Track project outcomes and ensure measurable impact post‑launch.
Direct Booking & Website Enhancements
  • Collaborate with developers and UX/UI teams to enhance Aqua’s online booking journey.
  • Lead testing and implementation of new features aimed at improving conversion rates and user satisfaction.
  • Analyze booking performance data to identify pain points and optimization opportunities.
Agent Portal & Trade Enablement
  • Manage the Agent Portal’s evolution, ensuring ease of use and alignment with trade sales needs.
  • Implement new functionalities in collaboration with technical and design teams.
  • Provide training and support to both internal teams and travel advisors or Sales Managers to increase portal adoption.
Trade Platform Integrations
  • Oversee technical integrations with trade booking platforms, consortia (e.g., Signature, Virtuoso), agencies and tour operator systems.
  • Ensure content and availability feeds are accurate and up to date across platforms.
  • Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements for better reach and booking experience.
Guest Portal & Loyalty Program (in collaboration with CRM)
  • Support the development and management of the Guest Portal to ensure a seamless guest‑facing digital experience.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team on Loyalty Program‑related functionalities and workflows within the portal.
  • Ensure user journeys are intuitive and aligned with Aqua’s brand and guest experience goals.
AI & Automation Initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to implement AI tools that enhance customer experience, sales enablement, and internal workflows.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to scope, pilot, and scale AI solutions (e.g., intelligent response systems, personalization engines, automation tools).
  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends and evaluate vendors and platforms for potential adoption.
Digital Content Distribution
  • Work with the Creative team to ensure the DAM is configured in an optimal way for sharing with external systems.
  • Coordinate the syndication or update brand content across digital trade channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain high‑quality, brand‑aligned assets.
  • Analyze content performance and refine distribution strategies accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Singaporean/PR only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital project management, ideally in travel, hospitality, or tech‑enabled industries.
  • Proven experience managing web or integration technical projects end‑to‑end.
  • Familiarity with booking systems, APIs, B2C and B2B digital platforms (e.g., OTAs, Agent Portals, Guest Portal).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
  • Curious, adaptive, and tech‑forward mindset.
