Digital Marketer (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a Digital Marketer who understands how people discover, engage, and convert online — especially in a fast-moving Singapore market.
You’ll be involved in planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across social media, search, and paid platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative thinking and data, and wants to see real results from their work.
If you like testing ideas, analysing performance, and growing brands online, this role gives you space to learn, experiment, and grow.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and digital platforms
Manage content calendars in collaboration with design and content teams
Support paid ads (Meta, Google Ads) setup, monitoring, and optimisation
Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
Track and analyse campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
Prepare simple performance reports and insights
Optimise campaigns based on data and results
Support A/B testing of creatives, captions, and audiences
Work with designers and content creators on marketing materials
Ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and objectives
Support promotions, launches, and marketing initiatives
Keep up with local digital trends and platform updates
Digital Marketing / Marketing Communications graduates
Fresh grads or early-career marketers who want hands-on experience

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
