  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR teams, business users, and technology partners to gather requirements, support enhancement initiatives, and improve system usability.

  • Digital HR Transformation Projects: Contribute to ongoing digitalisation and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

  • User Support & Testing: Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution activities to ensure smooth implementation of enhancements and system updates.

  • Ad‑hoc Tasks: Provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned.

  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive in solving problems.

  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.

  • Comfortable working with data and translating information into actionable insights.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
