OCBC Bank is seeking an HR Business Intelligence & Dashboard Visualisation Intern to join the Digital and Data Enablement team in Singapore. You will develop dashboards, analyse data, and support reporting that drives HR decision-making and employee experience.

You'll work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions, gain hands-on exposure to BI tools, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within a leading financial institution.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, IT, CS, or related field.
• Familiarity with Excel and BI tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards for operations and management.
• Data Visualisation & Reporting: Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports with actionable insights.
• Data Management: Consolidate, validate, and analyse data from multiple enterprise platforms.
• Quality Assurance: Test and validate dashboard updates for data accuracy and reliability.
• Analytics Support: Assist in ad-hoc reporting and data-driven projects across HR.
• Process Documentation: Document reporting processes, data sources, and governance practices.
• Continuous Improvement Projects: Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency via automation and standardisation.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Support other projects and tasks as assigned.
