  • Analyse business challenges and opportunities, developing accurate specifications that ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Translate product/platform vision and roadmap into structured business requirements, documentation (BRD, FSD), epics, and user stories.
  • Facilitate prioritisation of requirements/user stories based on business value, urgency, and product backlog context.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly articulated and handed over effectively to delivery teams across geographic time zones for timely, high-quality execution.
  • Support due diligence throughout delivery lifecycle, including alignment to architecture, dependencies, risks, and compliance.
  • Assist in coordinating project delivery activities across multiple concurrent workstreams.
