Job Summary

The Development & Training Executive plays a key role in supporting the capability growth of international franchise partners through training programs and communication. This position involves designing and updating training plans that align with product launches, operational timelines, and brand standards. The executive also serves as the main point of contact for franchisees on training matters, ensuring timely information flow, monitoring participation, and evaluating program effectiveness to strengthen franchise performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, update, and coordinate training plans that align with product launches, SOP updates, and operational milestones across international markets.
  • Communicate training schedules, rollout instructions, and resource links through official channels to ensure franchisees receive accurate and timely updates.
  • Collect and organize franchisee performance data, attendance records, and feedback forms to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
  • Monitor post‑training feedback through surveys and assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and learning outcomes.
  • Maintain and update training materials, product guides, and learning tools to ensure franchise partners have access to current resources.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align training content with marketing campaigns, new product introductions, and operational initiatives.
  • Prepare reports summarizing training participation, completion rates, and performance trends for management review.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions, including coordination of materials, schedules, and participant communication.
  • Suggest improvements to training content and delivery methods to enhance engagement and long‑term learning impact.
  • Promote consistent standards, capability building, and brand alignment to support the ongoing growth of the franchise network.
Requirements
