The role requires at least 1 year of Windows 10 and Office 365 experience, plus relevant certifications. The candidate should have strong communication, prioritization, and remote support skills, with experience in helpdesk or call center environments.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year experience in Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Certifications listed above or equivalent.
• Experience in IT helpdesk and/or call center support, including remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Desktop Support to users.
• Receive, prioritize, document and resolve end-user requests; escalate when needed.
• Imaging/re-imaging of devices.
• Maintain asset inventories.
• Escalate to 3rd party vendors when required.
• Update incident records.
• Create and update work instructions.
