Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Desktop Engineer to provide first-line desktop support, imaging, asset management, and escalation as needed. You will work with a diverse team to ensure standard compliance and rapid issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in Windows 10/Office 365, an IT Diploma/ITE, and relevant certifications. Strong communication and prioritisation are key, with opportunities to grow within a collaborative environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Windows 10 and Office 365.
• ITE/Diploma graduate with 1 year desktop support experience.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+/Security+/Network+, Microsoft Windows Client, Managing Modern Desktops.
• Experience in IT helpdesk or call centre support is advantageous.
• Good verbal and written communication; ability to prioritise with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support at first contact for customers and rapid issue resolution.
• Imaging/re-imaging workstations and managing asset inventories.
• Escalate incidents to vendors or resolver groups as needed to meet SLA.
• Create and update work instructions; document standards and procedures.
