Qualifications

• Previous IT helpdesk and/or call center support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform desktop support services to users.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end user help requests.
• Perform imaging/re-imaging for user workstations.
• Conduct asset inventories.
• Update incident records and create work instructions as necessary.
