Job summary
The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to manage desktop devices, incidents and IMAC services at client sites across Singapore.
You will ensure Windows 10/11 imaging, patch management, VIP on-site support, and collaboration with IT teams to maintain security and performance. The role requires 2–4 years in similar settings and hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS.
- Imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
- Experience with SCCM, Software Center and manual installations.
- Hands-on hardware break-fix with Dell hardware.
- Experience with Intune, AD and BitLocker.
- Experience with Outlook administration and ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Manage desktop hardware, software and connectivity incidents to resolution.
- Handle IMAC and deskside support services.
- Perform break-fix for laptops/desktops with hardware and software fixes.
- Provide conference room, remote desktop and event support at customer sites.
- Maintain desktop patching, hardware replacements, and configurations.
- Analyze service desk data to identify training needs and automation opportunities.
- Ensure desktops use approved images and security policies.
- VIP on-site support and single point of contact when needed.
