The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to manage desktop incidents, IMAC and deskside services, and hardware break-fix tasks onsite. The role covers imaging, patching, security monitoring, and VIP support for clients at customer locations.

Applicants should have 2–4 years of relevant experience with Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune/AD/BitLocker, and ServiceNow, in engineering firms or large organizations. Evening and site-specific duties apply.

Qualificações

Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
Experience with SCCM, Software Center and manual software installation.
Hands-on hardware replacement with Dell hardware.
Experience using Intune, AD, BitLocker.
Experience in Outlook administration.
Experience in Humanscale troubleshooting.
Experience in engineering firms or large companies.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
Experience with ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

Manage desktop device incidents through to resolution.
Manage IMAC and deskside support services.
Handle hard- and soft-break fix services for laptops/desktops.
Provide conference room, Remote Desktop and event support at customer location.
Maintain desktop configuration and patch updates.
Analyze service desk calls to identify training needs and automation opportunities.
Ensure each desktop has the correct desktop image installed.
Monitor security profiles and antivirus on all desktop devices and take action for non-compliance.
Provide VIP deskside support and be the on-site IT contact when needed.
